The Pioneer
duplex pump package is compact and heavy duty. High pressure diaphragm pumps provide
positive chemical feed. All critical areas have pressure gauge relief piping and shut-off
valves. All components are North American in origin and are easily obtainable from Pioneer
or local industrial supply houses. Automotive spec components are also utilized as per
plant specifications. |

are complemented by our in house manufactured process control |

packages, pumping packages and hydraulic units. Our spray arches are
custom made for the application, with appropriate nozzle types and flow-rates. The image
to the left shows a duplex high volume automobile plant process pump package. This unit
comes complete, skid mounted with all appropriate valving, U-Frame motors and stainless
steel prime tank. Typically units such as this are used on 2-3 shift per day operation and
are an integral part of the manufacturing assembly line. |
Pioneer
also provides chemical storage and day tanks to complement our system. All components can
be steel skid mounted for easy installation and relocation. |
