Blower units for any configuration, any location......
Pioneer blower assemblies come in many configurations, to suit
any location. Belt drive units are available for blowers in our type 50/60HP
configuration. The scrolls and bases are constructed from plasma cut plate steel, fully
welded in a modular style. Our scrolls are rotatable in 15 deg. increments and include a
downblast arrangement. Full OSHA guarding is standard.
Direct
drive units offer a more cost effective solution for the vast majority of Pioneer's
Blow-Off Systems. These assemblies are 1750 rpm, and are fully rotatable and
available in a multitude of arrangements. Quiet and efficient operation is standard with Pioneer
blowers. Motors used are always hostile duty TEFC with heavy duty high efficiency
cast iron frames. Custom motors are used when plant requirements call for specifics, such
as U-frame automotive duty.
High
pressure blowers are sometimes utilized with Pioneer Blow-Off Systems where a more compact
lower volume system is required. These blowers drive our medium and small cyclonic nozzles to effectively dry smaller part
profiles and/or heavier parts. These units employ 3600 rpm motors and offer very
high nozzle velocities as well as small size and cost.
